Today many people are changing how they eat and are seeking of healthier ways to enjoy some of their favorite Mexican-American Cuisines.

Beginning 2022 Chasaha-Chiquo's will be creating vibrant vegetarian Mexican--American foods straight out of the Valley of the Sun and delivered directly to your home.  We will deliver anywhere in the United States from a safe FDA Approved Kitchen.   We will be serving our original "Jackfruit" Tamalez (seasonal), but unlike Vegan Mexican cuisines; Chasaha Chiquo's, will use real "dairy"products in our dishes.  In fact, we love our dairy products and our local farmers in the beautiful state of Arizona.

Our NEW menu will be:   Seagan Enchilades (vegan shrimp with monterey jack cream sauce),  Vegetable Enchilades with Cojita cheese cream sauce, vegetables and black bean burritos,  Plant-Base Burritos, Plant-Base Taco Kits (build your own tacos-we will provide the products);  NEW-SOUPS:  Zucchine and black bean soup.   Squash flower soup (seasonal),  Roasted corn and red pepper soup. NEW-SALADS:  Roasted corn and Cojita salad.  NEW-DESSERT: "Chocolate Tamales (made with chocolate sponge cake with chocolate filling; placed in a corn husk).  NEW-DRINKS:  Cactus/blueberry/pomegranate juice and Mango/Orange and Pineapple juice.

We will use:  Fresh Local Tortillas, local farm fresh vegetables and local dairy products.
